Staff

St Andrew’s has an accessible management structure with an Executive Team of three (Chief Executive Officer, Director of Clinical Services and Finance Manager) who lead and manage the hospital and it’s staff.

The Executive team are supported by hospital Department Managers, clinical Nurse Unit Managers and after hours Hospital Nurse Co-ordinators.

We have a full complement of 270 staff, with a breakdown of 198 nursing staff with a mixture of both RN’s, EN’s and AINs. Wardsmen, Environmental Services (Housekeepers and Catering staff) 33 and 27 Administration staff make up the non-clinical staff servicing our patients and doctors.

We have an After Hours Medical Service with In-House Medical Officers, who cover the emergency response needs of the hospital as well as providing an After Hours Medical Service that provides after hours general practice care to the community and supports the GP’s in the region after hours, seven days per week.
