St Andrew's building works full steam ahead!
A major milestone was reached in the development being undertaken at St Andrew's Ipswich Private Hospital today with the two new theatres and stage one recovery areas coming on line.
Orthopaedic surgeon Dr David Morgan (pictured right) was delighted to be the first to use one of the two new operating theatres at St Andrew's, performing a total knee replacement operation in the theatre today.
The development which includes new operating theatres, procedure rooms, an expanded theatre recovery area as well as a new day of surgery area, discharge lounge and additional car parking, continues to progress quickly with the majority of the works scheduled to be completed before Christmas.
