Dr Aung Min is an Endocrinologist at St Andrews Ipswich Private Hospital and is also a staff specialist at Ipswich General Hospital.
Dr Min completed his physician training at a number of Queensland hospitals including Princess Alexandra Hospital, Greenslopes Private Hospital, Gold Coast University Hospital and Logan hospital.
Dr Min is a senior lecturer at the School of Medicine, University of Queensland. He is also actively involved in physician training and supervises a number of specialist physician trainees at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
Dr Min is a member of the Endocrine Society of Australia and the Australian Diabetes Society. He regularly attends Endocrinology meetings and conferences at both local and international levels to keep his knowledge up-to-date so that he can deliver the best evidence-based care. He has presented his research topics and cases at a number of local and national conferences.
Dr Min has fellowships in both Endocrinology and General Medicine. He has expertise in diabetes and general Endocrine disorders including thyroid, pituitary, adrenal disorders and metabolic bone diseases
