This has culminated in being chosen as Faculty of a new design and concept in Total Ankle Replacement. He also uses the latest technology to enhance his patients’ experiences and outcomes, including computer navigation for accuracy during Total Knee Replacement.

Dr Moxon worked in the role of Director of Orthopaedics at Ipswich General Hospital from 2016 for several years.  Since developing his private practice Dr Moxon is no longer Director of Orthopaedics, but continues to work at Ipswich Public Hospital as a staff specialist.  He is passionate about serving the Ipswich community and ensuring quality training of future orthopaedic surgeons.

Dr Moxon is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and a member of the Australian Orthopaedic Association.  He is a member of subspecialty groups including the Australian Foot and Ankle Society and GRECMIP, an international group for research and study into minimally invasive surgery of the foot. He is the lead investigator in several research studies that are investigating the latest concepts in Foot and Ankle surgery. He also volunteers his time to outreach programs within the Asia-Pacific region.
