Dr Ahmad Ali

Dr Ali graduated from New York University, USA in 1995 with Honours in a Bachelor of Science. Relocating to Australia, he completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at University of Sydney in 2001 and undertook his urology training in Brisbane, successfully attaining Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2011.

 

During 2011-2012, Dr Ali gained further experience as a Fellow at Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital in Brisbane, focusing on laparoscopic kidney surgery, incontinence surgery, stone diseases and prostate cancer surgery.

 

He has a particular interest in prostate and laparoscopic urological surgery and complicated urinary stone disease and advanced renal stone surgery.

 

Dr Ali is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand.

 

He is currently Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland and has appointments at both St Andrews Ipswich and Brisbane Private Hospitals.
